Post-graduate training study (Cardiology): Role of sildenafil citrate in congenital heart disease - pulmonary artery hypertension. Symptomatic patients with II-IV WHO functional class with severe PAH due to congenital shunt lesions underwent initial cardiac catheterization at baseline/100 % oxygen. Repeat catheterisation was done following a mean duration of 115.85±27.85 days on sildenafil citrate and was evaluated for reversibility and operability features.
Post-graduate training study (General Medicine): Coronary risk factors in pre and postmenopausal women. Special emphasis on changes in lipid fractions across menopause involving 53 premenopausal and 57 postmenopausal women and a second group of 20 women undergoing surgical menopause (bilateral oopherectomy ± hysterectomy).
